With a reseller plan, you
have 3 types of control panels, which help you manage your
entire plan:
Top Level Contol
Panel -
shows all activity between you and NetFronts. You may submit
trouble tickets to NetFronts, change top level cp password,
view your total traffic and disk space usage, access your
pricing for services, view billing history with NetFronts,
change top level cp password, log in to your second level
control panel with one click, etc. To log in to this control
panel, you may go to http://support.netfronts.com or http://cp.netfronts.com.
Your connection will be secure once you log in. Use your
top level (initial) user name and password.
Second Level Control Panel - area where
you set up your hosting reseller store. Create your web hosting
plans and sign up new
clients, list your hosted domains or clients, customize your
control panel with logos, company info, etc, manage billing
and email notifications for your clients, run reports, provide
technical
support through
ticket system, etc. To log in to this control panel, log in
to your top level control panel at http://support.netfronts.com,
then click directly on the LOGIN icon under administrative
account or go to Admin account in menu, then click LOGIN icon.
You may also log in by going to http://cp.your-domain.com (fill
in your own admin domain - the one you chose for your account
during set up). Use your seond level user name and password.
Client Control Panel - allows each of your
clients to log in to a control panel and manage their own hosted
domain(s). Your
clients can set up their own ftp, email accounts and spam
settings, use Site Studio (free site design program), view
their website statistics, traffic and disk space usage,
have access to an online file manager, change their own cp
password,
submit
trouble tickets to you, view their billing history with you,
etc. You may log in easily to each of your clients' control
panel through your second level control
panel.
Use
the search
feature
in your menu, search on the domain or
user name. When the account appears, click on the the LOGIN
icon under Controls (you may need to scroll to the far right
on your monitor to see the Controls area). You may also log
in to these control panels, by going to http://cp.your-domain.com
(fill
in
your own
admin domain
- the one you chose for your
account during set up). Use the user name and password you
assigned to your clients or they selected upon sign up.

Reseller FAQ
There are two very important log in IDs associated with
your Reseller Plan. These two log in IDs help you manage
and set up your reseller account and manage your reselling
business. The first of these two log in IDs allow you
to access your top level control panel. The second is
the log in ID for your second level control panel. You
may have several other log in IDs that are associated with
each
of your
own clients'
accounts to allow them to access their own control panel.
Please read more about your control
panels for more information.

Reseller FAQ
NetFronts bills you monthly, quarterly, or annually for
the plan type you chose when you signed up to become a
reseller. Selecting the option to pre-pay for your plan
on a quarterly or annual basis, will discount the base
monthly
price of
the plan. Each reseller plan type gives you a set amount
of resources to utilize
for
the billing
period
(monthly,
quarterly,
annually).
View the reseller
plans for
pricing and plan specifications. In addition to your plan
billing, you are billed for the additional resources utilized
beyond the plan specifications. You may view the pricing
for extra resources through your top
level control panel.
Click on the Billing menu and go to Reseller Price. Please
remember that the length of the term (monthly, 3 month,
12 month) you select for your hosting clients
will affect how
NetFronts bills your account. For instance, if you sign
up one of your clients for a 3 or 12 month hosting plan,
you will be charged for 3 or 12 months of web hosting (in
advance) at the same time from NetFronts. Balances due
on your reseller account should be paid within 30 days
of transaction. If you cancel the 3 or 12 month term before
the next renewal, a
pro-rated
refund
for the
unused
hosting
will
be refunded to your reseller account. Please allow 24 hours
for the refund to appear within your top level control
panel.

Reseller FAQ
When you first enter your second
level control panel you
will see a list of plans that you offer. Below the plans
are
the
'sign-up
links.'
You
can put these links directly on your web page to have your
clients sign-up directly.
Or, you can sign the client up yourself by clicking on the "Sign-up" text
on the left side. Choose the appropriate plan and then enter the client details.
If you have trouble seeing part of the order form, maximize the order form window.
If
the customer is paying by check, the order won't be processed until you authorize
the order, which you can do using the 'moderate' link found under "Sign-up."

one of the items listed in the sub menu (e.g., to search by name or city, click
By Contact Info). Conduct your search. The wildcard symbol is

Reseller FAQ
You bill your customers directly. You may use your own
accounting software, other method, or the billing system
within your reseller account to manage the
billing
for your customers. The system will allow you to bill
your clients for services other than web hosting, such
as website design or programming. It will
track
when
your client's
services renew and re-bill them for the next term automatically.
If you have an online merchant account, you can set it
up to automatically debit your client's credit card upon
renewal. You have the ability to suspend an account if
a client is not paying you and you may also send automated
billing notices to remind your customer about their payment.
Please find more details about using these features in
the Admin
Control Panel Set Up Guide or contact NetFronts if
you have questions.
